Wholesale Deal Auction is a service for real estate wholesalers who already control a property under a signed purchase contract. We market that contract to a network of cash buyers, run the bidding, and administer the assignment.

We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not provide brokerage services. We are not your attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

You may only submit a property you actually control under a fully signed, executed purchase agreement. By submitting you represent that the contract is genuine, that it is assignable, and that you have the right to assign it.

Single-family homes and 2–4 unit residential properties only. We do not accept land or commercial property.

Submitting does not obligate us to market or place your deal, and it does not create a partnership between us. The joint-venture agreement you sign after submitting is what governs the relationship for that specific property.

There is no fee to submit a deal and no membership. Where we place a deal, compensation comes out of the assignment spread on the terms set in the signed joint-venture agreement for that property.

If a deal does not place, you owe us nothing.

We do not guarantee that any deal will attract a bid, sell, close, or reach any particular price. Market conditions, title, condition, and buyer appetite are outside our control.

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us permission to use them as needed to evaluate and market the deal and to administer the assignment, including sharing property information with prospective buyers.

Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Do not submit deals you do not control, automate submissions, or attempt to circumvent the limits on the submission form. We may refuse or remove any submission and decline to work with anyone, at our discretion.
